What is “Soft Washing?”

It is the process of gently spraying with cleaning products then washing off with low pressure water. Gentle yet powerful, soft washing is suitable for cleaning a huge variety of exterior materials from stucco walls to lifting grease out of driveways, at home and in the work place - our customers are often “wowed” by the difference.

Will it take the paint off?

No - Soft washing does not remove paint from a well cared for property with a good paint finish. Conversely, pressure can be increased dramatically specifically for the purpose of taking paint off. We commonly give a pre-paint clean to homes prior to sanding to facilitate the job for painters. Otherwise, the dirt and grime is sanded back into the surface.

What if I’m worried about damage to something particularly delicate?

Prior to beginning work, an experienced member of staff visits every site to not only to provide a free no-obligation quote, but to assess anything that might be potentially sensitive to soft washing.

Does it leave a mess?

Do I need to be home for you to wash my house?

No one needs to be at the premises when we arrive. However, on the day, please take any washing off the line (if necessary), ensure your pets are locked safely inside, and that windows are firmly closed.
