Please read below a brief outline of some of the work we currently carry out for our facilities management clients -

For many years Best Property Services cleaned the exterior of all Manukau City Councils buildings. In recent times Best was successful in tendering and winning the contact to provide all of the exterior cleaning for the southern sector of the new Auckland Council. Within this contract we provide exterior cleaning services such as building washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning and general water blasting services for all Auckland Council buildings from Pakuranga to Bombay and everything in between. The types of buildings range from toilet blocks to aquatic centres, libraries and Council offices.

Best also provides exterior cleaning services to a Government department where we clean sites from Taupo to Kaitaia. These sites are high profile and range from large single storey sites to multi storey sites that require our abseiling team to clean the building and wash the windows from top to bottom..

Best also provides cleaning solutions in the upper North Island for New Zealand's leading telecommunications supplier. Best cleans everything from small rural exchange boxes to multi storey buildings that help supply communications to the whole of Auckland. These types of sites are extremely sensitive and requires us to work very closely with our clients to ensure all operating procedures are followed.

In 2012 Best purchased a carpet cleaning and pest control business and through this we have grown our services we provide to facilities management companies to include these services. We now clean carpets and provide pest control services to health providers across the Auckland region.
