Stain Removal

Accidents happen, but knowing what to do next whilst waiting for our trained stain removal specialist to arrive is the important part to help reduce the risk of the accident becoming a permanent stain.

Our stain specialists have received specialised training to understand the ‘science’ behind what chemicals to use in different situations. Different spills/stains require different techniques and having specialist training can make the difference between removing the stain altogether and making it much, much worse.

When an accident occurs

Treat it immediately no matter what the situation is. The longer the stain is left the more difficult it will be to remove. First thing's first –
1. Blot or remove the excess liquid/spill.
2. Use paper towels to absorb the surface spill in the affected area.
3. Repeat this process, this will help to remove most of the spill and reduce the chance of the spill spreading and its severity.

DO NOT
• Rub the affected area as distortion in the carpet can occur.
• Place any other liquids or chemical on top, you will only make it worse.
