This approach and our attention to detail has helped us to grow from a small residential based exterior cleaning company, to working with large facility management companies cleaning buildings all over the upper North Island.
Today we continue to service our important residential clients, whilst working for some of the largest companies in New Zealand on a monthly planned maintenance basis, cleaning buildings, washing windows, cleaning carpets etc. This type of work cannot be achieved without being good at what you do and having an attention to detail.
On every commercial exterior cleaning job we carry out, we provide our clients with a report on the condition of their building and any areas that might need attention. As a company we invest heavily in our staff and our equipment. We have specially designed purpose built vehicles and equipment that means we can go anywhere and clean anything. In addition to this we have put a lot of time and effort into our staff to ensure they are happy and valued within their roles.
All Best Property Services staff are fully trained, qualified and have years of experience behind them. All staff members are sent on Working at heights, Elevated work platform and First Aid courses on a regular basis to ensure they follow all health and safety requirements.
